Not only because of Valentine’s Day. But, because so many recently engaged couples are beginning their wedding planning across Central Florida. While wedding planning will still look different in the early parts of 2021, we’re excited about tastings and wedding shows.
February – I Dos & Brews –
This fantastic event on Wednesday, February 3rd, will take place at Paradise Cove.
I DOs and BREWS is your wedding planning date night to enjoy with your fiancé, wedding party, or friends. A night of wedding planning fun while enjoying brews, wine, wedding catering samples, cake samples, desserts, and more.

February at Winter Park Event Center
As the new Winter Park Event Center comes close to completion, our team will participate in an exclusive, invitation only event.
As one of only four caterers selected to provide catering for the Orlando area’s newest venue, we’re excited to highlight our incredible food and fantastic service.
February Tasting at Celebration Gardens
February, 28th will be our next John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering tasting event. Once again, we’ll be hosting our tasting at the beautiful Celebration Gardens in Winter Park.
The event is by RSVP Only and is limited to four attendees per reservation.
This will be an opportunity to sample our delicious menu items, meet our friendly staff and meet some of the vendors represented in our wedding packages.
Our February tasting will include a selection of Hors d’ oeuvres, including Bacon Wrapped Dates with Almonds, Chicken Satay with a Trio of Sauces, our amazing Fiery Mac & Cheese Bites,
Mini Twice Baked Potatoes and Spanakopita
Our featured salad selection will be our Country French Salad. This delicious salad combines Organic Spring Mix Salad with Caramelized Nuts, Oranges, and Strawberries in a Crème Raspberry Vinaigrette.
The February entrée selections include our fantastic Chicken Marsala, Pan Seared Tilapia Cilantro Curry Sauce, Roquefort Mushroom Chicken, and Ropa Vieja. Authentic Latin dish with shredded flank steak, savory vegetables, and thickened spicy tomato sauce. The Chef’s Carving Selection will be Carved Turkey.
For side dishes, our culinary team has paired the entrees with Southern Style Green Beans, Yellow Rice, White Cheddar, Bacon Mac & Cheese, and our Fully Involved Mashed Potatoes.
And be sure to save some room because the featured dessert will be our Bananas Foster Station!
