Director of Operations
Haley has been with John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering since October 2015 when she was hired on as a banquet server. In December of 2015, she accepted a position as our director of operations.
Haley studies clinical psychology at Valencia College and expects to graduate and transfer to Rollins College in the spring of 2017. Haley lived in Los Angeles, California for seven years before moving back to Orlando, her hometown. Haley enjoys being active by playing roller derby. She even co-founded and ran a roller derby league called Orlando Area Derby Revolution.
Haley’s favorite part about being on the John Michael Exquisite Weddings & Catering team is getting to work with an awesome team of people! She enjoys witnessing the attention to detail applied to each individual event during the planning and execution. Her favorite John Michael Exquisite Weddings & Catering menu items are the Applewood Bacon Wrapped Pork Roulade Sauced with an Applejack Brandy and the Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesan Risotto.
