Holiday Buffet Package
This holiday menu comes complete with menu signs for each item, votive candles, as well as holiday linens and décor.
Additionally, the Holiday Buffet Package includes disposable dinner plates, plastic forks and knives, and white write essay service paper napkins. Staffing for the Holiday Buffet Package consists of a catering supervisor, culinary staff, and service staff.

Jellied Cranberry tossed with fresh Apples, Celery, Walnuts, and Holiday Seasonings.
Pulled Turkey Over Stuffing
Seasoned slow-cooked Turkey pulled and served over classic Cornbread Herb Stuffing.

Mashed Red Potatoes with the perfect blend of Garlic, Butter, and Cream; served with Gravy.
Southern Style Green Beans
Pole Beans cooked with Crumbled Bacon and sautéed Onions.
Baked Corn Casserole
Our classic homestyle moist and Sweet Corn Casserole
Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter
Rosemary-Garlic, Honey-Wheat and Sea Salt Yeast Rolls with Butter cups

Baked Granny Smith Apples with a crisp crust, served with Whipped Cream and

This Holiday Stations Package includes three tasty food stations that are sure to please.
Chef Carved Turkey
Seasoned Turkey Breast with Leg. Sauces include Pomerey Mustard, Cranberry, and Sweet Barbecue.
Mashed Potato Bar
Creamy Mashed Garlic Butter Potatoes and Sweet Mashed Potatoes served with: Chives, Sour Cream, crumbled Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Broccoli florets, Brown Gravy, Honey Butter, Brown Sugar, mini Marshmallows and Caramelized Nuts.
Sweet Treats Station
