If you have not met Giselle Grande, you have no idea what you are missing.
Giselle is one of our Sales Coordinators and joined the John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team nearly two years ago. She is a 2014 graduate of the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
Giselle was recently approached by the editors of The Knot for her expert advice to share in The Knot Florida column “tips from the pros.”
Here is one piece of advice Giselle shared with The Knot readers:
“During a planning meeting, it is important to come prepared. At least having an idea of the look, style and food you wish to have at your wedding will go a long way. At the end of the day it is your wedding, and we just want to help make your vision come to life.”
That is awesome advice; bringing inspiration pictures, paint swatches of colors you like or even fabric swatches of your gown or bridesmaid’s dresses is always a big help.
Knowing the food the two of you like or just as importantly do not like, is always a big help.
But ultimately Giselle and our awesome planning team is always happy to guide you through the planning process.

Giselle says that her favorite part of working with couples is getting to know the clients and helping them create their perfect day!
“Wedding planning can be so stressful, I like being able to take some of that stress off my clients and allow them to just enjoy their day. I especially love being the day of coordinator so I can ensure everything goes smoothly and I’m able to see those big moments first hand.”
