Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team loved working with Aica and Devin on their beautiful Diamond Package wedding at Paradise Cove.
Their spring wedding was filed with amazing pastel colors.
They exchanged their wedding vows in a waterfront wedding ceremony under a wedding arch draped in white fabric with flowers in soft pink, purple and green.
Aica looked amazing in her organza wedding gown carrying a handtied wedding bouquet in pink and white.
The pastel color story included her wedding party who wore pink, sage, mauve and blue.
After some family and wedding party photos, the couple and their wedding guests enjoyed some Signature John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering butler passed hors d’oeuvres including:
Beef and Blues
Our signature meatball combined with blue cheese
and wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon
Feta and Sundried Tomato Crisps
Phyllo pastry filled with sundried tomato and feta cheese
Mini Chicken Pot Pies
A phyllo shell filled with homemade chicken pot pie filling
and topped with seasoned panko breadcrumbs
The tables for the wedding reception were set with floor length white linen, white garden chairs and our square white china, accented with colorful pastel napkins.
The napkins alternated in color which included pink, light blue, mint and lilac and perfectly complimented the glass cylinders with submerged flower blooms and floating candles.
After Aica and Devin’s first dance, wedding guests were treated to a delicious buffet reception that included the following:

Roquefort Mushroom Chicken
White Cheddar, Truffle and Bacon Mac and Cheese
Chili Lime Roasted Potatoes
Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
Chef Carved Beef Brisket with Caramelized Onions
Served with Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauces and Pomerey Mustard
Rosemary Garlic, Honey Wheat and Plain Yeast Rolls with Piped Butter
We didn’t forget about the kids; the five children at the wedding reception enjoyed plated Children’s meals of Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauces, Mac and Cheese and Fresh Fruit.
After and incredible night of dinner and dancing the couple cut this beautiful three-tiered white wedding cake decorated with a cascade of pastel sugar flowers
For their wedding cake flavors Aica and Devin selected Chocolate Raspberry Swirl and Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling. The saved their top cake tier, Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling for their 1st wedding anniversary.
