Several times a year John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering hosts large group tastings. Prospective clients often wonder why we choose to offer large group tastings, rather than small private tastings where clients choose the food they want.
The answer to this is simple; we want you to have the entire John Michael experience!
Much like your wedding or event, a large group tasting has many layers, and we want you to experience each one of them.
One of the first things is our delicious food. When caterers choose to do private tastings, clients pick a few items to try. They are served in shareable portions or a small amount of each item presented on one plate.
With our tasting events, you will get to see how items are presented to guests, our food displays and how we keep hot food hot; just like we would on your wedding day.
During our group tastings, you will enjoy a wider selection of our culinary delights. You can try some amazing food items you may have overlooked when reading our menu selections. You can experience some seasonal items, some of our most requested signature items as well as some new items we are looking to add to future menus.
Be adventurous! Try some foods you might not have considered for your wedding, we are sure you will be glad you did.
From a service standpoint, you will experience our friendly, knowledgeable staff. You will see how we manage food stations and how we keep everything nice and neat.
You can meet our Catering Team to ask questions and chat about your upcoming wedding, food you have tasted as well as upgrades and package options.
We also invite our Diamond Package Vendors, so you can meet them and discuss their services, talk about your event, see their products and even taste some wedding cake samples.
Our large group tastings are a total experience we know you will enjoy!
Every quarter we host a Grand Tasting and in between those we offer Mini Tastings. Our Grand Tastings are held at Leu Gardens, where we typically allow up to 4 people per party. In between these events, we offer smaller Mini Tastings held at Celebration Gardens allowing for 2 guests per party.
We have future Mini Tasting dates planned for June and September with Grand Tastings planned for July and October. All events have limited space availability and do require an RSVP
