We are also experts at accommodating dietary restrictions! We have extensive experience in crafting delicious food that will satisfy any dietary requirement, from vegan to gluten-free to dairy-free to keto. Personalization is our specialty and we make sure to take extra special care of all of our valued guests.
Not to mention that our Chef is no stranger to preparing various types of cuisines! This unique Orlando catering event is the perfect opportunity to try a wide variety of our food offerings, meet our expert team, and get to know our Diamond package vendors. It’s also the ideal time to solidify your event menu by taste testing and narrowing down our many menu items. The best part? This event is complementary for all booked clients and just $20 per person for prospective clients. For prospective clients that eventually book our catering, we will apply your tasting payments (up to $160) to your event deposit!
Most of our Taste of John Michael events alternate between weekday evenings and Sunday early afternoon. Trust us when we say that this will be the most fun part of your event planning process!

Environmentally Conscious Orlando Catering
Weddings and events notoriously generate a ton of waste, from food scraps to electricity to disposable plastic. Our team stands out on the Orlando catering scene because we are actively working to combat this waste with each and every event we cater. How do we do that?
We minimize the amount of waste our events produce by recycling, choosing digital over printed media wherever possible, and using energy-efficient lighting. We also employ water outtake controls, utilize gas appliances, and dispose of grease properly so it can be recycled.
When it comes to food waste, we partner with O-Town Compost to reprocess any leftover food scraps. Nothing goes to waste and is instead repurposed to create fresh soil for the gardens in our Orlando community.
