Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team had the pleasure of working with Marissa and Anthony as part of their all-inclusive Weddings Inc Orlando wedding.
The couple chose the package including our Silver Buffet Package for their wedding of 90 wedding guests at the beautiful Lake Mary Events Center.
For our catering portion their Weddings Inc buffet reception package included a choice of three hors d’oeuvres, one salad as well as two entrees selections and two side dishes. The dinner also includes freshly baked rosemary garlic, honey wheat and plain yeast rolls, cucumber mint water and a coffee station with both regular and decaf coffee.
A selection of linens from a wide range of colors as well as setups for beer and wine and certified bartending service were all part of our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering offerings.
For their cocktail hour’s three butler passed hors d ‘oeuvre selections Marissa and Anthony chose our delicious Fiery Mac and Cheese Bites, bite sized Chicken and Waffles and our Meatballs served with a trio of dipping sauces which included Pomerey Mustard, Marinara, and Bourbon Sauces.
Following their first dance their wedding guests enjoyed a buffet reception that included a Garden Salad with Ranch and Balsamic Dressings, Panko and Parmesan Chicken, Maple Glazed Salmon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Seasonal Vegetable Sautee.
For their guest tables Marissa and Anthony chose simple elegant ivory floor-length linens accented with plum napkins.
The couple’s sweetheart table was draped with a beautiful, deep plum linen with a sheer ivory overlay.
