Diamond Packages:
Let’s start with the basics. Brides and grooms, our Diamond packages are for you! We offer 3 different all-inclusive wedding packages designed to serve every type of wedding, from an intimate Orlando wedding ceremony to a full blown wedding extravaganza!
Our 3 Diamond packages are the 1 Carat package, the 4 Carat package, and the 7 Carat package. Here’s a quick summary of what we include in each one:

The services that come with our wedding packages are provided by a talented team of pre-selected Orlando wedding vendors. We carefully vet every vendor that is on our preferred list to ensure that you only receive the best possible service for your big day.
How to Customize a Diamond Package:
Great news for your Orlando wedding! You can customize any of our Diamond package to best suit your preferences. After all, it is your big day!
After selecting your base Diamond package, simply choose the embellishments you want to add on. Each of our add-ons is priced per person, so just add that to your base package price for your final total!
Your embellishment options for a Diamond package include but are not limited to the following:
- Banquet Tables
- White Resin Folding Chairs with optional chair covers and sashes
- Gourmet Coffee Station (upgrade from basic coffee station)
- Open Bar (upgrade from beverage set ups)
- Wedding Cake
- Chargers
…and more! You can even enhance your package by adding on additional vendors, such as:

You’ll see all of our embellishment prices formatted like “$25pp++.” Now you’ve probably figured out that “pp” means “per person,” but we frequently get asked about what the “++” means. The “++” refers to plus service charge and plus sales tax. We charge an industry standard 19% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
If you need to customize your Diamond package further, you’re in luck! You can remove a limited number of services per package as needed. This means that if a relative is going to officiate the ceremony, we can either remove the officiant from your package completely or substitute it for another service of comparable cost.
A La Carte Catering Menus:
If you’re planning an event other than an Orlando wedding, this section is for you!
John Michael Events offers buffet, plated, and hors d’oeuvres style catering packages. All of these menus include the food, setup, and staffing. Here is a rundown on the type of food that is included in each of these catering menus (for full details, click on each of the corresponding links):
- One (1) entrée from chicken, meat or fish selections
- One (1) entrée from pasta selections
- One (1) salad selection
- Two (2) side dish selections
- Assorted rolls with butter
- One (1) dessert selection
- One (1) salad selection
- One (1) entrée selection from chicken, fish, or meat
- Two (2) side dish selections

- One (1) selection from tier A stations
- One (1) selection from tier B stations

Each of these packages includes plates, silverware, napkins, buffet/station setup equipment as needed, menu signs as needed, a catering supervisor, culinary team, and serving staff.
How to Customize an A La Carte Catering Menu:
Just like how we can customize a Diamond package for an Orlando wedding, we can easily customize our corporate and social catering packages!
You have the option to add on tables, chairs, and linens to any of the packages. Beyond this, our upgrade options vary per package, depending on the style of service.
Once you have chosen your style of service (Not sure how to choose? Read this.), simply select your embellishments, which include but are not limited to:
