Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team loved working with Grace and Ryan on their wedding at the Lake Mary Event Center.
This beautiful wedding began with an outdoor lakeside ceremony facing the vine covered trellis.
Barrels with lush greenery accented with pink, red and white florals marked the space and the florals continued down the aisle in mason jars hanging from shepherd’s hooks.
After a beautiful touching wedding ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with butler passed hors d’ oeuvres which included our very popular Beef and Blues, Spanakopita and Boursin Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps.
Inside the Lake Mary Event Center Ballroom, the wedding reception for 160 guests was set with crisp white tablecloths, soft pink linen napkins and black lanterns filled with pink and white flowers. Gold table numbers, charger plates and chivari chairs completed the look.
After Grace and Ryan’s first dance, the couple and their guests were treated to an amazing buffet dinner. Two double sided buffet stations allowed for guests to be served in no time at all.
The buffet dinner included our signature Salad John Michael, two entrée selections; Panko and Parmesan Chicken and Cheese Ravioli with Sundried Tomato Cream Sauce.
For their Chef Carved item Grace and Ryan selected Flank Steak with Chimichurri, Pomerey Mustard and Horseradish Sauces.
Southern Style Pole Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and freshly baked Rosemary Garlic, Honey Wheat, and Plain Yeast Rolls completed the menu.
Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team also provided bar set ups and certified bar staff for the beer and wine the couple provided.
After an evening of dinner and dancing, guests enjoyed a coffee station and two flavors of wedding cake; Chocolate Raspberry and Lemon Raspberry.
Grace and Ryan’s evening ended with a grand exit of sparklers, surrounded by family and friends.
