“Enviro-Comfortable” was a term used by a recent john Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering couple from Colorado.
It was in response to an incredible new environmentally friendly service we are offering in conjunction with O Town Compost.
What is O Town Compost?
O Town Compost is a local service that has diverted over 470,000 pounds of waste from local landfills. This includes waste from private individuals, businesses and wedding venues.

Composting at Celebration Gardens
Our venue, Celebration Gardens, works with O Town Compost for every event they host. They have already installed a Worm Compost station, and from there, the process is simple.
All of the food waste generated by events at Celebration goes into the composting station, and the ‘worm tea’ is used to feed all of the plants around the property. It’s simple for you and your guests, bins for food waste with signage are onsite for each, and everything is handled by the team from there!
What About Other Venues?
Our John Michael Weddings and Catering team offers composting and recycling options with O Town Compost for any venue where we work.
They provide bins, bags, signage, and teams to do ‘all of the heavy lifting for a nominal fee.’ After your event, compostable food scraps and recycling are hauled off.
The compost from food waste is repurposed and used throughout the community on behalf of the event hosts!
