Everything Is Better With Bacon

That is one sure way to get your attention. Our team at John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering is rolling out some new menu items, and yes, some of the fan favorites have bacon.

The Bacon Bar we produced for the Brevard Zoo was featured in our blog on Brunch, but this tasty, smoky treat is a fun addition to any reception with its classic Applewood smoked, siracha spiced and brown sugar honey bacon flavors.

But our catering team has been working on a lot of new menu items going into the fall.

Fan favorites with our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team are sure to be a hit with guests at your next Central Florida wedding or event.

Top of the list of team favorites might be our Shrimp & Grits; this fun butler passed hors d’oeuvre is perfect for a cocktail reception because it is presented in a mini martini glass. This portable treat consists of creamy Parmesan cheese grits, topped with petite grilled shrimp and crumbled bacon bits. Delish!

Our last, but certainly not least bacon-y treat would have to be our new Bacon Wrapped Dates! This is the perfect bite size blend of sticky, sweet, smoky, salty that your guests are sure to remember.

Our team taste tested many of these new items, other items we think will be a sure hit for your family and friends are our bite size Chicken and Waffle hors d’oeuvres as well as our Lemon Chicken entrée selection and the prefect fall side dish our Sweet Potato Casserole.
