We wanted to reach out and share some information regarding weddings and events as we all continue to follow the Center for Disease Control’s guidelines regarding events and our local Safer At Home guidelines.
Current Events
Our team has worked diligently to reach out to our clients with events scheduled during the next 30 to 45 days. We will continue to reach out to everyone hosting future events as information becomes available, and things begin to change.
As we continue to reach out to our clients, we are allowing your credit/postponement to be indefinite – it will have no expiration with us and no fees or penalties.
What Is Your Team Doing?
For starters, working from home and social distancing is standard practice. We are fortunate to be able work independently to schedule client calls and follow up on emails.
As you might imagine, keeping up with all of our clients is keeping our team pretty busy.
But, we are happy to have conversations with new clients who are looking at planning celebrations for later this year and into next year.
We are connecting with local charities to donate foods we have in our current inventory so we can help those in need.
Beyond that, we are working with state and federal disaster relief so we can continue to keep all of our team employed.
What Does The Future Hold?
John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering knows that with everyone following the Safer At Home Guidelines and practicing social distancing, things will begin to take a turn for the better.
As soon as we are allowed to return to our offices and commissary, we are prepared to do a thorough deep cleaning continuing to follow all of the CDC guidelines.
We know that as things begin to return to normal, people will be ready to celebrate. Things that we might have taken for granted in the past will be a time for friends and families to come together.
