Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team started off 2019 at the beautiful Celebration Gardens in Winter Park for the wedding of Shelby and Colin.
The Gardens
This awesome couple came to us through Celebration Garden’s all-inclusive Wild Orchid Ceremony and Reception Package.
Not only do we get to work at a beautiful wedding venue with flowering gardens and vintage garden structures but we also get to work with awesome couples and Orlando wedding professionals.
Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres
This wedding reception package includes:
Butler passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet reception menu, buffet setup, linen package, table setup package, bar package, cake service and all staffing.
For their cocktail hour, the couple selected:

Our signature meatball combined with blue cheese
and wrapped in applewood smoked bacon
Spanakopita
Flaky phyllo dough stuffed with spinach and feta cheese
Boursin Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Dinner and Dancing
After their first dance, the couple and nearly sixty family and friends enjoyed a buffet reception under the garden pavilion. The couple selected sea mist colored linen and ivory napkins to pair with their bridesmaid’s dresses, bouquets and décor.

As always, our buffet receptions include our signature homemade rosemary garlic, honey wheat and plain rolls with whipped butter.

One of the John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering services everyone loves is our plated dinner service for the couple. We are sure to find out in advance any items they may like as well as any possible dietary restrictions.
We also make sure that if their wedding cake has multiple flavors we know which flavor the couple prefers.
