Our Brunch Buffet menu includes butler passed hors d’oeuvre options like French Toast Shooters, Potato Cakes, Chicken and Waffles and Mini Yogurt Parfaits to start off the reception.
It also includes scrumptious freshly baked items like mini croissants and scones as well as gooey mini-sized sticky buns with a sweet sugary glaze and chopped pecans.
Entrée selections for brunch include a Waffle Station with a chef preparing Belgian waffles to order with toppings like maple syrup, butter, pecans, whipped cream , chocolate syrup, bananas and powdered sugar.
We also include Tortilla Espanola, a Spanish omelet with eggs, potatoes, onions, red peppers and cheddar cheese as well as fluffy scrambled eggs, and an assortment of sliced quiche.
Your guests will go crazy over our homemade sausage gravy over warm buttermilk biscuits! Side dishes like Rosti Potatoes and Grits are the perfect accompaniment to any brunch.
