Recently, John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering was part of the Brevard Zoo Annual Gala and did something a little different by creating a Bacon Bar!
Guests loved the classic Applewood smoked bacon; but, the siracha spiced and brown sugar honey bacon were a huge hit.
We are actually seeing a trend of couples requesting Brunch Menus for evening weddings in addition to daytime events. There a people whose favorite memories come from breakfast foods and they want to incorporate them into their wedding day.
Our culinary team has designed an amazing Brunch Reception Package that offers a lot of delicious options as well as fun, creative enhancements. You can also combine it with selections from our Buffet Reception options.
Start your reception with items like our French Toast Shooter made in a shooter glass filled with maple syrup and topped with a warm piece of powdered French toast. Other options include Mini Cinnamon Rolls, bite sized Chicken and Waffles, Yogurt Parfaits and Ham and Cheese Biscuits.
We include a Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display, served with French cream and orange marmalade sauces.
Entrée selections can include Tortilla Espanola, a “Spanish Omelet“ with eggs, potatoes and onions, red peppers and cheddar cheese. Fluffy scrambled eggs, an assortment of freshly baked quiche, sausage links, rosti potatoes and grits complete the perfect menu.
Freshly baked scones and croissants or sticky buns are a yummy addition to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Chef Carved County Ham or a Belgium Waffle Station are options to add an action station for your event.
Optional enhancements could include Biscuits and Gravy, an Omelet Station, Pancake Station or a Biscuit Bar with warm buttermilk biscuits topped with a fresh egg patty, brown sugar ham and swiss with pomerey mustard, sausage and double cheddar, fried chicken and rosemary tarragon cream sauce.
