Recently we had the pleasure of working with Jen and Derrick to cater their Orlando brunch wedding reception at the beautiful Celebration Gardens.
John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering is the Preferred Vendor for Catering and Event planning at this garden wedding venue, located right outside of downtown Orlando.
The gardens, lawn and vine covered patio have the perfect flow for catering a brunch wedding. We custom designed a brunch menu which started off with waffles made to order by one of our chefs; light, fluffy and warm on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Guests were able to add the toppings for their choice including fresh local Florida strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, homemade whipped cream, maple syrup or powdered sugar.
Their brunch menu included fresh baked biscuits with gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, roasted potatoes and platters of fresh sliced fruit. There was something for everyone.
Our full service catering team took care of all of the details of setting the stage for their brunch; from the upgraded terra cotta floor length linen to the deep green napkins. Our friendly staff took care of the setup, service and preparing their Signature Cocktail so the bride and groom could relax and enjoy their reception with family and friends.
