Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering team recently participated in an annual fundraising event “Wine for Wildlife”.
This event benefited the incredible work of the Back To Nature Wildlife Refuge and Rehabilitation Center and was hosted at Quantum Leap Winery.
This amazing organization is dedicated to the rescue, raising, rehabilitation and release of injured or orphaned Florida Native species. They also provide education about respecting and preserving the environment through our educational ambassadors.
Several of their wildlife education ambassadors were part of the fundraising event, allowing people to see how well they are being rehabilitated for release back into the wild.
Our John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering menu included several delicious food stations which included:
Assorted Cheeses, Spreads and Fruits
A decorated presentation of brie, blue cheese crumbles, sliced New York cheddar and Swiss cheeses with humus and spinach dip complimented with a colorful array
of seasonal fresh fruits and served with assorted crisps
Chef Attended Pasta Sautee Station
Vegan bowtie pasta with roasted tomato marinara and veggies Penne pasta with spinach alfredo sauce and cubed chicken served with grated parmesan, shaved parmesan and peppercorn grinders
Chef Carved Top Round of Beef
Served with mushroom madeira and rosemary tarragon cream sauces
and mini clam-shelled rosemary garlic, honey wheat and sea salt yeast rolls with piped butter
Rustic wooden farm tables with black accent linen, flickering votive candles and black disposable cocktail plates worked perfectly for this cocktail style reception.
Our team was beyond thrilled to participate in this worthwhile event supporting our local Orlando community and a fabulous organization that protects our Florida native wildlife.
Thank you to Quantum Leap Winery and Back To Nature Wildlife Refuge and Rehabilitation Center for allowing us to be part of this fundraising opportunity.
