Tavares Pavilion was the ideal location for Kayli and Jarec’s wedding. Our John Michael Exquisite Wedding and Catering team created an incredible wedding day along with our Diamond Package vendors.
The front of the Tavares pavilion, lit in brilliant purple set the stage for things to come.
Inside, the lower level was arranged for the couple’s wedding ceremony. The staircase was draped with white fabric and accented with clusters of purple and white flowers, while purple petals lined the aisle.
Jarec waited anxiously as the wedding party and family entered the ceremony space. His bride made her way down the sweeping staircase where the couple exchanged their wedding vows.
The cocktail reception included selections of beer and wine in addition to signature cocktails and butler passed hors d’ oeuvres that included:
Mini Twice Baked Potatoes with Chive Sour Cream
Shrimp and Grits
Mini Chicken Pot Pies
Upstairs the dining room was set for dinner and dancing. The guest’s tables were draped with deep Navy blue linens and plumb colored napkins were folded on top of silver charge plates. Floating candles and purple petals filled the center of the tables along with jars of jam, a wedding favor from the bride and groom.
Kayli and Jarec were seated at a sweetheart table with a beautiful orchid colored linen, floating candles, and fresh flowers. The sun setting on the lake behind them created a colorful backdrop.
Guests enjoyed a buffet reception that included:
Garden Salad with Ranch and Balsamic Dressings
Panko and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast
Cheese Tortellini with Spinach Alfredo Sauce
Broccoli and Cheese Soufflé
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Chef Carved Flank Steak
With Chimichurri Sauce, Pomerey Mustard and Horseradish Cream
After dinner, wedding guests danced and enjoyed the photo booth before our team served this beautiful four-tiered wedding cake, filled with the couples favorite flavors.
