All-Inclusive Event Packages
First things first, let’s start at the beginning! Our all-inclusive event packages are the foundation of our package add-ons. We created these packages because we know how overwhelming event planning can be. There are at least a dozen different vendors to source, contract, and coordinate, and numerous elements to juggle. From the event catering to the décor to the music, it can be stressful and time-consuming to find all the trusted vendors you’ll need.
In our Diamond packages, we include all the vendors your event requires and more! By booking one of these packages, you’re booking your entire vendor team in one fell swoop, saving you a plethora of time in research. You’ll have one point of contact on our team for all your vendors instead of having to liaise with 10 different vendors individually. We have meticulously vetted each vendor on our preferred vendors list to guarantee that your event will be a success.
Our Diamond packages come in 1 Carat, 4 Carats and 7 Carats with each package encompassing a variety of event vendors, like floral, photography, live music, cake and of course, event catering! No matter how simple or complex you’d like your event to be, you can find what you need in one of these packages.

Event Catering Add-On #1: Brunch
Now let’s dig into our event catering package enhancements! The first option is one of our favorites: brunch! Brunch is a crowd-pleaser and has been trending for weddings in recent years, which is why we have designed a special brunch menu with all your favorites. With options like a Belgian Waffle Station, Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Avocado Toast, and a Pancake or French Toast Bar, we’ve got all the sweet and savory dishes your guests will love.
What’s brunch without a fun drink? You can also add a Bloody Mary Bar or full Mimosa Bar to your brunch menu, including flavors like cranberry, peach, pear, and the classic orange. For a healthier option, consider adding a Smoothie Bar that includes freshly blended smoothies made with Greek yogurt and fruits like mango, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and more. We also offer a “Green Machine” smoothie with kale, cucumber, pineapple, and apple to help give your guests an extra boost!
Our brunch options are perfect for a morning or daytime wedding, bridal or baby shower, birthday party or corporate retreat. Consider pairing this with your full buffet or stations-style menu to treat your guests to a well-rounded and delicious meal!
Event Catering Add-On #2: Sweets & Snacks
Who doesn’t love munchies? Our second event catering add-on is all about sweet treats and late night snacks. Meant to enhance your cake or dessert service or as a farewell snack, these options will show your guests that you’ve gone the extra mile to indulge them!
Imagine rounding out your wedding cake display with an entire table of goodies like, Cake Shooters, a Pie Bar, Mini Cookies, Cream Berry Tarts, and Mini Cobblers. You can also add food stations, such as a S’mores Station or Chef Prepared Flaming Donuts. These action station options double as a fun entertainment aspect for your guests, as they watch our professional Chef flambe marshmallows or donuts before delighting in the gourmet treat.
Later in the night, you and your guests can refuel with late night snacks of Street Tacos, Gourmet Mini Pizzas, a Slider Bar, an Ice Cream Bar, Chicken and Waffles or even sushi! These bites will be sure to re-energize everyone to keep the dance party going all night long.
For a corporate event, a Candy Bar would be a creative and thoughtful parting gift to your attendees. Each guest could create a personalized candy bag, filled with a variety of candies of their choice to take home. We set out 8 different types of candy either based on type or color and arrange it beautifully, so your team truly feels like they are in a gourmet candy store. To further enhance your candy bar, an optional upgrade would be to include personalized candy bags with your logo on them.
Event Catering Add-On #3: Boxed Lunches
Planning a corporate retreat or meeting? Our gourmet boxed lunch option is perfect for you! With an entire slate of meetings and activities on your schedule, boxed lunches are an easy and affordable way to serve your team a good meal without taking up too much of the day. Your team members can eat lunch while watching a presentation or if you choose to break for an hour, everyone can enjoy their meal within our botanical gardens and around the property. This gives them a chance for fresh air and a casual yet delicious lunch.
This event catering option isn’t just your ordinary paper bag lunch though! You’ll get to select from 6 different upscale menu options, including Deli Plate, Vegetarian’s Delight, Salad Speciale, Summer Salad Plate, Chilled Italian, and The Executive.
Each menu includes a delicious main entrée, two sides, and dessert. For example, check out the event catering menu for our Summer Salad Plate boxed lunch:
- Grilled and chilled fresh herb crusted chicken breast served atop a bed of mixed greens with choice of dressing
- Fresh baked croissant served with honey butter
- Fresh fruit cup
- Gourmet jumbo cookie
Filling but still light, our boxed lunch options are ideal for refueling before getting back to work.
Event Catering Add-On #4: Event Planning
Wedding couples, this add-on was created with you in mind! After you’ve booked an event catering package with us, you have the option to also book our team for Day-of Planning. Not only can we be your go-to event catering contact, but we can also be your wedding planner and day of coordinator! With Day-Of Planning, we’ll create a detailed wedding timeline, communicate it out to your vendor team, and execute the wedding plans on the day-of. This includes setup of your personal décor, managing vendor setup, cueing up the wedding ceremony, and ensuring adherence to the timeline.
We can’t stress enough how important it is to have a day-of wedding coordinator! You need a dedicated person to ensure success of your wedding other than yourself or anyone in your family or wedding party. With a wedding coordinator, you don’t have to worry about if your vendors arrived on time, if someone got lost, if your personal décor will be set up and cleaned up properly, or distribute gratuities at the end. More importantly, you can truly relax and soak up every moment on your wedding day, being fully confident that if anything goes awry, your wedding coordinator has the experience and expertise to take care of it smoothly and swiftly. This is too significant of a day to take a chance on not having a coordinator!
After you’ve secured our Day-Of Planning services, you’ll have additional add-on options. You might choose to add wedding rehearsal coordination, so that your day-of coordinator can facilitate the rehearsal the day prior. This is ideal to ensure that your wedding party knows exactly what to do and where to stand for the ceremony. We’ll also guide your wedding officiant on where to stand so that your ceremony is properly centered and remind them to step to the side for your first married kiss.
You could also choose to add extra day-of assistants. If you have a lot of personal décor to set up or a larger guest count, this is an immensely beneficial option. After all, your day-of coordinator is just one person and the extra hands can make a huge difference.
Event Catering Add-On #5: A La Carte
Our A La Carte event catering services are meant to push your wedding or event over the top to make it truly unforgettable! These include simple enhancements, like upgrading your table linens or chairs, and jaw-dropping effects, like adding a cold sparks machine for your grand exit. We strive to make event planning as easy as possible, and thus, we have built up a large in-house inventory of décor items and experiential items.
Need a card box, cake stand, or variety of easels? We’ve got them! Want to dance on a cloud for your first dance? Ask us about our fog machine! Think your guests would have a blast taking pictures at your reception? Add a 360 photo booth complete with fun props!
We also have fun options for social and corporate events! Entertain your attendees during happy hour with live music or a caricature artist. Wow them with unique activities like a mechanical bull, bounce house, or even fireworks to top off the evening!
